The prices for the procedures listed on this website include the facility fee, the surgeon fee, the anesthesiologist fee, implants, and uncomplicated follow up care. In order to be as transparent as possible we include the implant cost in our prices. In some cases these costs can be as high as 20% of the overall procedure price. The $350 initial consultation fee is in addition to the total cost of the procedure and then if the surgery is not indicated the $350 will be retained by us. Pricing is offered contingent on prompt payment before the procedure.

The self-pay pricing provided on this website is strictly limited to elective, non-insurance cases in which the patient assumes full financial responsibility at the time of service. These rates are not applicable to, and will not be honored for, any services rendered under Workers’ Compensation or Personal Injury Claims, including but not limited to cases involving attorneys or third-party payors. Such cases are billed under separate fee schedules and contractual arrangements.

• Any diagnostic studies necessary prior to the surgery such as labs, MRI, x-rays, consultation with specialists to determine medical risk/management, physical therapy and rehabilitation.
• Overnight stay at our facility can be arranged on a case by case basis for an additional charge.
• Lodging and travel expenses are not included in the price of procedures.
• Expenses or fees, resulting from complications after the completion of the surgery and discharge from the facility are not included.
